reNew Design Studio's design projects are typically bid on an "hourly-not-to-exceed" basis. After an initial meeting, a proposal is created that outlines the scope of work and provides the client with an estimate of the fees. Time spent on the project is billed up to the estimated maximum - if the project takes less time than estimated, the client is only billed for time spent. This way, the client is protected from unexpected design fees, while still having a relatively accurate estimate in advance (and the potential for savings if things run smoothly!).
In order to get an accurate cost estimate for your project, reNew design Studio will meet with you and prepare a formal proposal. At this meeting, we will discuss your vision for the project and get a good sense of the scope of design work. The initial meeting and proposal are of course free.
Prior to receiving an official proposal, you can get a general ballpark range by filling out the reNew Design Studio Design Estimate Worksheet. You will find that experienced design services at reNew Design Studio are much more affordable than traditional firms.
